10557 Berlin, Germany
Managing Director: Dr. Pierre Taner Kirisci
Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, HRB 239839 B

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@redimi.net.
2. Overview
This website provides information about Redimi GmbH and its services. It contains no forms. We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no social media plugins, and we store no information on your device. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own web server.
We only process personal data in the following cases:
- when you visit the website (technically necessary server log data, section 3),
- when you contact us by e-mail or phone (section 5),
- when you apply for a job by e-mail (section 6),
- when you play the demo video on the “AI Retail Analyst” page (section 7).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Pumacy Technologies AG, Auguststr. 49, 06406 Bernburg, Germany. Pumacy Technologies AG processes the data on our behalf and according to our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR).
Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores the following data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested page or file and HTTP status code
- amount of data transferred
- referrer URL (the previously visited page), if sent by the browser
- browser type, browser version and operating system
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability, for example to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless a specific security incident requires longer retention for its investigation.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage or fingerprinting. No information on your device is accessed within the meaning of Section 25 of the German TDDDG, which is why no cookie banner is required. We use no web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), no advertising trackers and no embedded third-party content that transfers data to third parties when a page is loaded.
5. Contact by e-mail or phone
This website contains no contact forms. Buttons such as “Request Demo” or “Write us an email” only open your own e-mail program with our address; no data is transmitted through the website.
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, company, content of your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
We delete your request no later than six months after it has been fully dealt with, unless it leads to a contractual relationship or statutory retention obligations apply (see section 10).
6. Job applications
We accept applications by e-mail to info@redimi.net. We process the details and documents you send us, e.g. your name, contact details, CV, cover letter and references.
Purpose and legal basis: carrying out the application process and deciding whether to establish an employment relationship; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. If your documents voluntarily contain special categories of personal data (e.g. health information), we process them under Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(3) BDSG. Only the people involved in the selection process have access.
Retention: if you are not hired, we delete your application documents no later than six months after the application process has ended; this period serves to defend against possible claims under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). If you are hired, the necessary data is transferred to your personnel file.
7. Demo video
On the “AI Retail Analyst” page we provide a demo video stored with our service provider Supabase (data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany). The video is only loaded when you play it; only then are your IP address and the technical request data transmitted to Supabase. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is providing the video.
8. Service providers and transfers to third countries
We use the following service providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Pumacy Technologies AG, Auguststr. 49, 06406 Bernburg, Germany – website hosting (section 3).
- Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513 – delivery of the demo video (section 7). The data is stored in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Where Supabase or its sub-processors may access data from outside the EU, the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
In addition, our e-mail provider has access to e-mails you send us. We only disclose your data to other third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.
9. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites, e.g. to app stores or to the AI Retail Analyst live demo. Merely visiting our pages does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you follow a link do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
10. Retention and statutory retention obligations
Unless a specific period is stated in this policy, we delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose of processing. Where data is subject to statutory retention obligations, such as business correspondence (6 years, Section 257 HGB) or tax-relevant documents (up to 10 years, Section 147 AO), we restrict its processing and delete it when the period expires.
11. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- withdrawal of any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise your rights, a message to info@redimi.net is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
