Welcome to Redimi! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Redimi website (“Website”) and Smartphone Wallet Application (“App”), including the purchase of gift cards and other products and services available. By using our Website and App, you agree to the these terms.
1. Gift Cards
1.1 Creating Gift Cards: To create a gift card, you must provide your email address, username and/or phone number at the Checkout Page. We will use this information to generate a gift card for you and email you the necessary invoice details.
1.2 Gift Card Redemption: Gift cards can only be redeemed through the Redimi smartphone wallet app. The gift card value will be credited to your Redimi account balance.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Methods: We support various payment methods, including Paypal and Stripe. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
2.2 Payment Errors: If a payment error occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the purchase may be canceled and a refund will be issued.
